Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy trucks and trailers, including mechanical and electrical problems.
• Oversee and lead the preventive maintenance program.
• Utilize Cummins INSITE and Eaton ServiceRanger programs for diagnostics and repairs.
• Prioritize repairs based on urgency and operational needs.
• Weld steel and aluminum as required.
• Lead by example and work as part of a team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience repairing heavy trucks and trailers.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a relevant environment.
• Strong experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
• Experience with Cummins INSITE and Eaton ServiceRanger programs.
• Ability to weld steel and aluminum.
• Ability to prioritize repairs as required.
