Job Description

A growing operation in Brooklyn, New York is looking to add a hands-on Mobile Fleet Supervisor to support and lead mobile maintenance operations while also contributing to overall shop performance.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who wants to help build and grow a mobile service division, influence operational strategy, and take ownership of both customer relationships and service delivery. This role offers strong upward mobility and the ability to shape a key part of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support mobile maintenance operations across customer fleets.
• Perform minor and complex repairs to heavy trucks and diesel systems.
• Assist in building and expanding a mobile service book of business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to support long-term growth.
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and service delivery between mobile and shop operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed.
• Support shop operations and assist with daily operational needs as the department grows.
• Ensure high standards for service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage administrative duties including reporting, documentation, and operational tracking.

Qualifications:

• Experience in diesel fleet maintenance, service operations, or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck and diesel systems and fleet maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting diesel engines and related systems
• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Proven ability or interest in building customer relationships and growing service business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on operations with administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience.

Shift & Schedule:
