Job Description

A successful repair and maintenance facility has an immediate opening for an experienced Mobile Service Technician near Orlando, FL to work on customer fleets, consisting of heavy diesel trucks and trailers.

The company is looking for an experienced lube and chassis mechanic least 2+ years of relevant working experience on diesel, after treatment, pneumatic, and electrical systems to perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance.

This position will be performing regular maintenance and running repairs in the clients yard or Shop. Most of this work is evenings and weekends when the trucks are not working. Technicians will be responsible for managing their schedule and work hours to coincide with the clients requirements.

Qualifications: 

•  
• 2+ years of experience performing repairs on relevant diesel systems
• Knowledge and experience using diagnostic software's to assist with troubleshooting and repairs
• Strong verbal, documentation and time management skills 
• Can work well with others
• Self Motivated 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform fleet repairs including but not limited to: 
  •  
  • Preventative maintenances (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication) 
  • Diagnostics 
  • ABS and braking system repairs 
  • Basic repairs
  • Light engine repairs 
  • Pneumatic repairs 

Compensation: 

• $21 - $35/hour. Starting wage based off of prior relevant work experience
• Potential for production bonuses
• Company Service Vehicle
• Paid door to door
• Large amount of OT available, mechanics can expect at least 10 hours weekly

Shifts:

• Monday - Sunday
• 40 hours minimum
• Lots of OT available weekly.
