Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, tractors, trailers, and related fleet equipment.
- Perform minor and major truck and trailer repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety checks.
- Diagnose and service diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, and related truck systems.
- Use engine diagnostic software and troubleshooting procedures to identify issues and confirm repairs.
- Perform roadside service calls as needed and support daily fleet maintenance priorities.
- Maintain accurate repair records, keep the work area clean and organized, and follow safe shop practices.
Requirements
- Required:

- Hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic or diesel technician working on trucks, trailers, or similar fleet equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently in a fast-paced fleet environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must provide basic personal hand tools; larger and specialty tools are provided.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.

Compensation
- $25.00 – $28.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly pay with overtime after 40 hours/week
