Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel trucks and tank trailers.
• Oversee daily shop operations, maintenance schedules, and repair workflow.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet DOT compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and brake systems.
• Maintain service records, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with welding or fabrication as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Hands-on experience with diesel engines, trailer systems, and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently and make repair decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of DOT safety and compliance regulations.
