Job Description

Join a reputable service provider in the small equipment industry as a National Service Manager. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join a team, HQ is in Portland, OR but this position could be based out of any of our Branches in Chicago, Fort Myers, Houston or Phoenix. This position will be responsible for unifying service and maintenance practices, training and facilities in all locations. They will also be tasked in developing a rental fleet of equipment to service our customers. This position will require travel between all facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years in service management within the equipment rental or dealership industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in construction and industrial equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multi-location service teams.
  • Business Acumen: Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Technology: Proficiency in service management software, diagnostic tools, and reporting systems.

Shift Schedule:

  • Day shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $120,000 (based on experience).
