Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet and transportation operations to support safe, reliable, and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and support drivers and transportation staff while coordinating training and employee development.
- Oversee safety practices, regulatory compliance, incident response, and operational reviews.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance programs, and repair needs to support fleet reliability.
- Maintain required operational records, reports, and documentation while tracking fleet performance.
- Support staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and positive working relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
Requirements
- Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Leadership or management experience in transportation, fleet operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance programs, fleet performance metrics, employee training, safety programs, or compliance management.
- CDL, depending on operational requirements.

Compensation
- $110,000 annual salary
