Duties & Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair generators, industrial engines, transfer switches, and related power equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs to quality standards.
- Perform Megger and Load Bank testing and support preventative maintenance on emergency standby power systems.
- Manage field service calls efficiently while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle, tools, and workspace while presenting a professional image.
- Follow all company, provincial, and federal safety standards.
Requirements
- Required:

- 310T licence, or 310S licence with strong hands-on expertise in generator, industrial engine, or related field service work.
- Experience servicing generators, industrial engines, or similar power equipment in a field-based environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including preventative maintenance experience.
- Valid G Class driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the physical demands of field service work.
- Strong English communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Preferred:

- EGSA certification, or progress toward certification.
- Understanding of CSA C282-15 generator maintenance guidelines.
- Electrical, Diesel, or OBT1 licensing.
- French communication skills.

$45.00 – $55.00/hr based on experience, certifications, and technical expertise.
