Join a driven team in Oceanside, NY, as a Motorsport Vehicle Mechanic! This role is crucial for technicians passionate about high-performance vehicles and racing technology. Techs with 3-5 years in automotive tech, especially those versed in high-performance combustion engines and forced induction, are encouraged to apply!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently fulfill custom build orders to meet company standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and conduct necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs within capability/skill level, ensuring vehicle safety and service needs.
• Document all work performed and communicate any additional service needs to the service manager.
• Conduct road tests as needed or coordinate with the test technician/service manager.
• Handle additional related duties as required by the service manager.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic. Experience with race car maintenance and building is highly valued.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems, with deep understanding of high-performance combustion engines; forced induction experience is a major plus.
• Mechanics must be willing to attend race events and support customer race cars if needed (normally during race season – spring / summer / fall season)
• Pre-employment criminal background checks are required
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
