310T Truck Mechanic

Responsibilities:
- Run diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze diagnostic results and repair or replace critical systems, including engines, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and braking systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections, following established checklists and procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure service trucks are in optimal working condition.
- Replace and test lighting systems and other electrical components.
- Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure proper performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of serviced vehicles, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Manage and maintain an organized parts inventory and ensure the shop remains clean and orderly.
Requirements:
- 310T and Valid driver’s license required.
- 4+ years of advanced experience of diesel engine components and truck systems.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 150 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of independence.

Shifts
- Day Shift with 4 or 5 work week options
- Evenings and Weekend work may be an option “if desired”.
- Flexible start and finish times.
- No weekend or holiday shifts required.
- Overtime Available.
Compensation
- $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year based on experience & ability.
- $40/hr to $46/hr
