Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on heavy equipment and trucks.
• Work from a fully equipped field service truck with a crane.
• Quickly and accurately identify issues, going beyond simple part replacements.
• Conduct on-site field service repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers for timely service completion.

Requirements:

• Proven diagnostic expertise in heavy equipment or automotive repair.
• Field service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• DOT Physical required post-hire (company-sponsored).
