Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and safely drive assigned vehicles, ensuring all cargo is securely transported.
• Adhere strictly to predefined routes, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, handle routine maintenance, refueling, and report any mechanical issues.
• Manage loading, unloading, and securing of equipment, maintaining responsibility for the safety and integrity of the cargo.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, confirming delivery details and obtaining necessary signatures.
• Provide operational support as needed, including warehouse duties, equipment staging, and site preparation.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, such as extreme temperatures, wet, dusty, or noisy environments, and handle physically demanding tasks including loading and unloading deliveries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating haul trucks and rollbacks, preferably in equipment transportation.
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning technologies.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions and work environments, including extreme temperatures, dust, and noise.
• Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial truck driving and rollback operations.
• Effective at managing stress and working independently with high levels of discipline and reliability.
• Must be prepared to travel to various job sites and work in challenging outdoor conditions, actively participating in the loading, securing and unloading of equipment.
