Job Description
In this exciting role you will be the main liaison for corporate initiatives, provide leadership and direction to the Sales, Parts, and Service Teams and help ensure the highest of quality standards while exceeding customer satisfaction. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Heavy Equipment maintenance, diagnosis, and repair experience. Red Seal, 310T, or 421A preferred but not necessary
- Strong experience in repairs to engines, drivelines, hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, diagnostic software, and aftertreatment and emission systems
- Professional Leadership, as well as Administrative, and Customer service experience
- Ability to pass background checks, and potentially provide work references
Compensation:
- Up to $100,000 per year
