Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals.
• Perform diesel engine, transmission, drivetrain, and powertrain repairs on trucks, vehicles, and heavy machinery.
• Complete preventive maintenance, brake repairs, fluid services, tire alignments, and related vehicle service work.
• Repair or replace electrical systems, electronic modules, components, and related vehicle systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialty repair tools to complete accurate, quality repairs.
• Document inspections, troubleshooting steps, repairs completed, and relevant vehicle information.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Proven mechanic experience in diesel repair, automotive repair, heavy machinery, or a similar service environment.
  • Hands-on experience repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance issues.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals.
  • Experience performing wheel alignments, brake repairs, preventive maintenance, and precision powertrain work.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, dependable work habits, and ability to communicate repair needs clearly with customers and team members.
