Job Description

A well-established team of equipment specialists based in Charlotte, NC, are looking to add experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join their skilled team as a Remote Field Service Technician in the United States (within 2 hours of a major airport). 

In this role, you will be expected to diagnose, repair, and maintain Mobile and Stationary Equipment. Depending on their base of operations, qualified candidates could be provided with a take-home service truck, fuel card, company visa and extensive training and opportunities to travel. This position requires a lot of air travel and a fair amount of overnights where the company will cover expenses & accommodations at Quality Hotels.  

 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years Experience with Heavy Equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of Diesel Engines and or 3 phase power is a benefit
• Understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Welding experience is preferred but not necessary
• Driver's License Required
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, medical and background check
• Must be willing to accommodate frequent travel air travel
• Must be willing to travel on short notice

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $120,000/yr to start, based on previous experience and skill set
• Truck provided for field tech positions - work, clock-in and clock-out from home - company credit and fuel card
