Job Description

We are looking for a career orientated individual within reasonable driving distance of Pompano Beach to become an integral Road Service Forklift Technician with our team.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts as well as other material-handling equipment, including lift trucks, aerial equipment, pallet jacks, counterbalance forklifts, and small industrial machinery. Experience working on electric, propane, and diesel-powered units and individuals with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems will be given preference.

This position offers long-term, stable career growth and you will work out of a well-equipped service vehicle. Please understand that you will be required to have a clean and valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing forklifts and/or aerial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulic and electrical systems 
• Experience using diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults
• Good communication skills and professionalism when working with customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass backgrounds and on-going drug tests

Compensation:

• Up to $35.00/hour to start 
• Ability to earn in excess of $500 per week in bonuses

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Flexible hours, build your schedule on Monday through Friday
• Overtime available after 40 hours per week
