Diesel Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic with 5+ years of experience in diesel maintenance and repair to join a team in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in Ford, Chevy, and Dodge diesel platforms who are eager to expand their skills in diesel performance. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, including 6.6L Duramax, 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.7L Power-Stroke, and 5.9L/6.7L Cummins platforms.
- Diagnose and repair suspension systems, including brakes, steering components, lift kits, ball joints, and U-joints.
- Conduct aftertreatment system maintenance and repairs.
- Use OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve faults.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following company protocols and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
- Experience in diagnosing and replacing suspension components.
- Familiarity with aftertreatment systems and OEM diagnostic tools.
- Willingness to learn or existing experience in diesel performance.
- Must provide personal tools; specialty tools will be provided by the shop.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work full-time (10 AM – 6:30 PM) with potential for overtime.
- Strong character, work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Shifts
- Full time 10:00AM – 6:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available!
Compensation
- $40.00- $70.00 per hour Depending on experience and qualifications
- + Yearly Retention Bonus!
- + Training Completion Bonus!

- Yearly Work Clothing allowance.
- Cost on all parts for personal vehicles and discounted parts for Friends and family.
- Holiday pay (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas day.)
