Job Description

We are actively seeking a Service Manager to lead a service team in Central, South Dakota. This role involves managing and supervising all aspects of the service operation, ensuring outstanding customer service and team collaboration. The Service Manager will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and commitment to ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

  • High level of Mechanical aptitude with minimum 8+ years of hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Commitment to excellent customer and shop service.
  • Knowledge of service/mechanical tools and devices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough truck inspections and repairs.
  • Valid CDL and a good driving record preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various computer applications.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 to $90,000/year.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm (Service hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm). No weekends!
