Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead Heavy Diesel operations at our shop in North-West Kansas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an highly accomplished and experienced Technician ready to step into a leadership role or Manager who is looking for a chance at a fresh start with an established industry leader.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
- Leadership & Supervision: Oversee a team of technicians. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team efficiency and growth.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong technical background to handle complex diagnostics and repairs. While management experience is a plus, a solid technical foundation is crucial for this role.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and offering professional recommendations.
- Operational Management: Manage service workflows, maintain service records, and implement best practices to enhance departmental performance.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Proven technical expertise, ideally with experience as a lead heavy equipment mechanic, shop foreman, or advanced mechanic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to management responsibilities.
𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹: Up to $110,000 annually

Shifts
Days, 7:30am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday). Rotating Saturday's, 7:30am – 12:00pm.
OT available after 40 hours.
Compensation
$65,000 – $95,000/year to start. Starting wage will be based on previous
experience and training.
