A well-established industry leader in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead their service operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman looking to transition into management or a current Service Manager seeking a fresh start with a reputable employer.

������ ��������������:

• Leadership & Supervision: Oversee a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficiency and professional growth
• Technical Expertise: Apply strong diagnostic and repair knowledge to support technicians and handle complex service needs
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide professional recommendations, and maintain high service standards
• Operational Management: Manage service workflows, maintain records, and implement best practices to improve departmental performance

������������������������:

• Proven technical expertise, ideally with experience as a Lead Agricultural/Construction Equipment Mechanic and/or Shop Foreman
• 5+ years of experience in agricultural or construction equipment repairs
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a management role

Compensation:

• Earning potential: Up to $110,000.00 annually

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 
• 7:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Flexible some weekends
