Job Description

We are seeking a Journeyman HET to take on a role as Service Manager to join a growing Dealership about 1 hour from Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role involves proactive coordination with other departments to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.

This is not an office only job. The Service Manager will be expected to engage with the technicians, assist in diagnostic and triage to ensure prompt customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Assign and manage service jobs to technicians based on skill and workload to ensure timely, high-quality service.
  
• Review work orders for accuracy and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on repairs, adjustments, and diagnostics according to manufacturer specifications.
  Agricultural or Heavy Equipment diagnosis, maintenance, and repair experience
• Oversee warranty processing to ensure claims are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Lead and manage the service team, including Technicians, Apprentices, and Service Writers.

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $120,000/yearly.  Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.
