Job Description

A well-established and National Rental Company is actively looking to hire an experienced Service Supervisor for their shop in Scarborough. This is an active role where you would spend half of your day wrenching and the other half in supporting and mentoring the team.  

The Ideal Shop Manager Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience wrenching on Heavy Equipment. Generators, Aerial, Earth-moving equipment, 
• Red Seal, Blue Seal, or 421A is preferred but not mandatory 
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, Electrical, Aftertreatment troubleshooting Hydraulic as well as Engine and Driveline systems
• Ensure equipment readiness and that it exceeds safety standards 
• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills as you will be engaging with various coworkers and clients 
• Make professional recommendations on equipment repair  
• Valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record

Compensation:

• Up to $90,000/year

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday
