A long standing repair facility is seeking a customer facing Service Writer to join their team near Shediac, NB.

Engage in this revenue driven customer facing service writer job opportunity. The successful candidate will have previous successes liaising with customers on mechanical issues, estimating, costs and timelines. POS software as well as work orders, and invoicing of services is a prerequisite. Candidates with knowledge of diagnostic and repair, shop floor operations will be given preference. 

The ideal candidate is currently a Service Writer with 2+ years of experience in a heavy truck shop.

Compensation

• $25.00-$35.00/hour to start

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Friday until 4pm
