Job Description

A well-established company is seeking Heavy Equipment Mechanics both Shop & Field Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair various types of equipment, including Excavators, Skid steers, and Aerial Equipment in Midland-Odessa, Texas.

The Ideal Heavy Equipment Mechanic Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience with heavy equipment and machinery. Generators, aerial, and medium-duty equipment
• Field mechanics will have 5+ years experience
• Technical training is preferred but not mandatory 
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, Electrical, Aftertreatment issues, and troubleshooting Hydraulic as well as Engine and Drive systems
• Ensure equipment readiness and meets safety standards 
• Good communication skills as you will be working with customers in a professional manner 
• Make professional recommendations on equipment repair  
• Own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record

Compensation:

• 35.00 - $40.00/hour, based on previous experience/certifications/training

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime available
