Job Description

We are immediately hiring for an experienced Journeyman level night Shop Foreman to lead an established professional shop team on the 2nd shift in Sumner, Washington.

The Shop Foreman is a working foreman who maintains and performs repairs on a variety of heavy equipment used in the asphalt and concrete industry both such as trucks, pavers, backhoes and excavators, and supervises the second shift mechanics and shop help. Mix of shop and field work.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of Supervisory/Leadership Experience is required.
• 5+ recent years of heavy-duty diesel equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine maintenance, aftertreatment maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• The successful Foreman will be subject to pre-employment background checks.

Compensation:

• $40.00 - $49.00/hour to start. 
• $3,000 Retention Bonus.

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 2:00am
