Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair medium to heavy equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Efficiently manage parts inventory to maintain workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and continuously update knowledge on industry innovations.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of lift and material handling equipment repair experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record is a must.
- Successful completion of background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Own a set of tools for the job.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the industry.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation
- $25 – $35/hr + Potential Sign on Bonus based on experience and qualifications.
