Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on box trucks, medium-duty vehicles, and tractor-trailers.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and clearly communicate service options to customers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, electrical, air brakes, and drivability concerns.
- Accurately track repairs and parts usage using tablets and the Fullbay shop management system.
- Support shop operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Qualifications:

Required:
- General truck repair experience, including diagnostics, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and think critically.
- Possession of basic tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including optional Saturdays.

Preferred:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with tractor-trailers, medium-duty trucks, or box trucks.
- Familiarity with air brake systems.
- PA state inspection license and/or CDL.
- Experience using Fullbay or similar shop management systems.

Compensation

$20/hr – $40/hr (based on experience, skill level, and certifications).
