Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuilding and diagnosing automotive transmissions, manual, rear ends, and drive axles, primarily for vehicles in the 3500 series and below, including CVT.
• Performing electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Utilizing tools and software such as Mitchell on Demand, Autel, Snap-on, and OPUS-RAP for programming and diagnostics.
• Working within a well-maintained and well-lit shop.
• Collaborating with team members and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in transmission rebuilds, diagnostics, and electrical work.
• Must possess a valid license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be drug-free, as the facility requires maintaining a safe environment for all, including children on-site.

Compensation:

• $40-$50/HR.
• No OT required.
• Ability to become a shareholder after 2 years.
• Opportunity to become partner after 5 years.
