A highly reputable and established employer is actively seeking an experienced Truck Shop Manager to lead their skilled team near Clearwater, MN!

The Shop Manager oversees daily shop operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. This role manages internal and external repairs, coordinates vendor relationships, and drives operational excellence to deliver quality service for both drivers and customers through strong leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the transportation industry with a working knowledge of diesel maintenance and repair principles.
• 3+ years of management and supervisory experience in the industry.
  Proficiency with computer-based applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to accommodate occasional travel.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry.

Compensation:

• Up to $110,000/year, based on previous experience/certifications/training.
• Monthly Bonuses.
• Comprehensive Benefit Package.
  Relocation assistance available on a case by case basis. 

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday
