Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair ready mix and aggregate haul trucks, including Paccar and Cummins engines and emissions systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify safe, cost-effective repair solutions.
• Complete maintenance documentation, follow service criteria and schedules, and perform safety inspections in compliance with provincial requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while delivering detail-oriented workmanship.
• Plan and prioritize work effectively, adapt to changing operational demands, and support apprentices through hands-on mentoring.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license, or registered apprentice status.
  • Strong knowledge of Paccar and Cummins engines, including emissions systems.
  • Advanced electrical diagnostic ability, with experience servicing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving fleet environment.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to safe, efficient work practices.

• • Experience working on ready mix trucks and/or aggregate haul trucks.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring apprentices.
