Job Description
A well-established construction materials operation is hiring a 310T Mechanic in Uxbridge, ON to maintain and repair a fleet of ready mix and aggregate trucks. Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair ready mix and aggregate haul trucks, including Paccar and Cummins engines and emissions systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify safe, cost-effective repair solutions.
- Complete maintenance documentation, follow service criteria and schedules, and perform safety inspections in compliance with provincial requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while delivering detail-oriented workmanship.
- Plan and prioritize work effectively, adapt to changing operational demands, and support apprentices through hands-on mentoring.
Requirements
- Required:

- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license, or registered apprentice status.
- Strong knowledge of Paccar and Cummins engines, including emissions systems.
- Advanced electrical diagnostic ability, with experience servicing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving fleet environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to safe, efficient work practices.
- Preferred:

- Experience working on ready mix trucks and/or aggregate haul trucks.
- Experience supporting or mentoring apprentices.

Shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Daily overtime opportunities
Compensation
- $40.00 – $50.00/hour starting pay based on experience and performance.
- Company-provided service truck.
