• Inspect heavy equipment for defects and perform diagnostic tests using advanced tools to determine necessary repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged or defective parts, components, or systems.
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure it meets or exceeds manufacturer’s specifications and maintains high performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with gas and diesel engines, and strong skills in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in equipment mechanics, demonstrating a thorough ability to troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul, and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment.
• Familiarity with major equipment brands and a record of maintaining safety standards.
• Independent and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Possess a complete set of mechanics tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• 421A Journeyman and Trade Certificate preferred.
