Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on coaches and other fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicle systems across a variety of units in the fleet.
• Complete repair orders, parts usage records, and other required service documentation accurately.
• Respond to road calls and support field service needs as required.
• Maintain the proper hand tools needed to perform the job.
• Follow direction from the shop foreman and other supervisors.

Requirements

• Required:

• • High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of training or experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
  • Able to hold or obtain a CDL.
  • Able to hold or work toward ASE certifications.
  • Adequate English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical strength and conditioning to perform required job duties.
