Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Clearwater, MN. This role is responsible for performing welding and fabrication work to build, modify, and repair metal components and assemblies according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint interpretation skills, hands-on welding experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components for fabrication projects

• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, presses, and cutting tools

• Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineering as needed

• Perform minor repairs, rework, and adjustments as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or similar role preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Proficiency with MIG welding (TIG and Stick experience a plus)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as well as commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Compensation

• $20.00 - $25.00/hour to start, depending on skillset and previous experience.

Shift: 

• Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Flexible start/end time)
• OT after 40 Hours
