Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and internal departments with heavy-duty truck parts identification, sourcing, sales, and order fulfillment.
• Process parts lookups, quotes, orders, and related transactions accurately using computer systems and dealership software.
• Maintain an organized parts counter area while helping ensure accurate inventory handling and efficient daily workflow.
• Support day-to-day parts department operations by following established procedures and learning new systems as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and procedures.
