Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy construction equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Service excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, pickups, work trucks, and related fleet equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines, mechanical systems, and equipment performance issues.
• Complete fabrication and repair work to keep equipment safe, reliable, and job-ready.
• Support equipment used for pipework, mass excavation, asphalt/concrete paving, demolition, and grading projects.
• Document maintenance and repairs while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop.

• • Hands-on experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment, trucks, or construction fleet vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of diesel and gas engines, mechanical systems, and general equipment repair.
  • Ability to perform fabrication-related repair work as needed.
  • Familiarity with excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, pickups, and work trucks.
  • Ability to work safely in a shop and support active heavy civil construction projects.
  • Must complete pre-employment background checks.
