Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service gas and diesel trucks (including Ford F-350s).
• Maintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment such as CAT, John Deere, and Bobcat machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on all fleet assets.
• Lead day-to-day shop operations and mentor junior mechanics.
• Coordinate parts purchasing, manage inventory, and track maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • 8+ years of experience working on gas/diesel trucks and heavy construction equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute daily to Wimberley, TX.
  • Experience supervising shop operations or mentoring other mechanics.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and inventory tracking.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.

• Preferred:

  • CDL license and/or experience sourcing parts and managing shop supplies.
  • Experience servicing CAT, John Deere, and Bobcat equipment.
