Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, and drivability concerns using electronic diagnostic tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
• Complete chassis repairs, including brakes, suspension, shocks, and struts.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, and component failures.
• Fabricate or modify parts and components as needed to complete repairs correctly.
• Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations accurately in service records.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to support customer-facing service teams.
• Safely operate shop equipment, including forklifts.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians to maintain efficiency, quality, and shop standards.

Requirements

• Required:

  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
