Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns, service needs, and maintenance history.
• Write clear repair orders and explain recommended services in straightforward terms.
• Prepare accurate estimates using service and labor estimating tools.
• Set and manage customer expectations around repair scope, timelines, and shop capacity.
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspections and vehicle condition.
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding work scope, priorities, and customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and address questions.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, approvals, service recommendations, and customer interactions.

Requirements
