Job Description

We are actively searching for an experienced Equipment Mechanics (Telehandlers & Booms) to join a well-established and reputable company in Cleburne, Texas.

Equipment Mechanics will be expected to assess, troubleshoot and repair various pieces of aerial construction equipment

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years mechanic/repair experience
• 3+ years experience with aerial work platform equipment (boom lifts, ultra booms, telehandlers and spider lifts)

•       An intermediate-to-advanced level of hydraulic & mechanical & electrical troubleshooting; a solid understanding of gas & diesel engines and electric motors
•       Perform initial repair inspections and operational tests of equipment
•       Perform service, repairs, and preventive maintenance as required
•       Perform (ANSI-required) annual inspections on man lifts.
•       Valid Drivers License, good work ethic and a positive attitude
•       Complete Online Training when available.
•       Assist with Purchasing of parts and creating related purchase orders
•       Successful Candidates will require Reference Check, Criminal Background check and Drug Screening prior to employment.
•       Preferred qualification: Construction equipment repair (or rental) industry experience

• Preferred qualification: Knowledge of aerial construction equipment, and units' application and safe use

Compensation:

• $35-$45 per hour

Shifts:

• Day Shift; Monday - Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

This is a FT permanent role. The correct candidate must be able to manage fleet maintenance in a team environment.
