Job Description

Agriculture Technicians are needed for shop and field roles, to join a growing team to service customers near Goodhue County, Minnesota. In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of AG equipment, including Tractors, Spreaders, and other implements.

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Equipment with preference given to those with 5+ years of AG Equipment experience. 

Job Requirements:

• 4+ recent years of heavy-duty construction or Agriculture equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience
• OEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required
• Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience
• Experience with AC is preferred
• Valid Drivers License
• Own Tools

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
• OT available after 40 hours
• Some on-Call rotation will be required

This role requires a technician with a passion for the trade who is open to working on a wide variety of equipment and is comfortable working independently and with a team.
