A reputable school transportation fleet is hiring a CDL Fleet Support Driver in Collierville, TN to shuttle buses and support maintenance operations. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Shuttle school buses and other company vehicles between operations staging areas and the maintenance facility.
- Support maintenance technicians with vehicle washing, fueling, cleaning, fluid checks, seat repairs, and facility upkeep.
- Assist technical staff with automotive repair and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report unsafe practices or conditions to a supervisor.
- Record time and materials used for assigned work.
- Follow company standards for safety, professionalism, personal integrity, and passenger protection.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL license required to operate company vehicles at the assigned location; S-endorsement is not required.
- Interest in the automotive industry and hands-on support work in a fleet maintenance environment.
- Working knowledge of safe work practices and maintaining a safe shop or facility environment.
- Ability to use software programs to enter data, retrieve work orders, and record job information.
- Dependable work habits, strong attention to safety, and ability to follow direction from maintenance leadership.
- Ability to support vehicle cleaning, fueling, inspections, light maintenance assistance, and general facility tasks.

Compensation
- $23 to $24/hr based on experience.
