We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a growing fleet maintenance operation in Genoa, OH. This is a full-time opportunity working in a clean, organized shop maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment. If you're a dependable technician who enjoys diagnostics, repairs, and keeping equipment on the road, this could be a great long-term fit.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and fleet equipment.
• Complete DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and major repairs.
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, air brake, suspension, and drivability issues.
• Perform repairs on dump trucks and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and complete repair documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing DOT inspections and general truck repairs.
• Own a complete set of tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00–$45.00/hour, with flexibility for highly experienced technicians.
