Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-duty diesel pickup trucks on Ford, Dodge, and GM platforms.
• Take ownership of technical work while leading by example in workmanship, shop organization, and professionalism.
• Support and guide other technicians to help maintain repair quality, efficiency, and workflow.
• Maintain high standards and consistent repair processes throughout daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding job status, workflow concerns, and shop needs.

Requirements

• Required:

• • 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing diesel pickup trucks.
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills on Ford Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of repairs, and complete jobs without step-by-step guidance.
  • Positive, team-first attitude with professionalism in the shop environment.
  • Reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Pride in workmanship and a mindset that views challenges as opportunities to grow.

• • Prior lead or supervisory experience in a diesel shop.
