A reputable and well-established employer with a large-scale heavy equipment operation is urgently seeking a Lead Hand Mechanic to oversee a team of technicians in a fast-paced, hands-on environment!

The ideal Diesel Mechanic will have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment mechanics
• A valid Mechanics License (421A preferred; 310T or 310S acceptable)
• Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring junior technicians
• Advanced diagnostic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems

Compensation:

• Up $42/hour
• Overtime available after 44 hours per week
