Job Description

A well established company is urgently seeking experienced Diesel Truck Mechanics to join their skilled team at their facility east of Buffalo, NY. This is a shop-based role with occasional road calls, working on compressed natural gas vehicles for a single major client. The shop is clean, well-lit, and equipped with modern facilities including four-post lifts and strict cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and diesel engines.
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be required.
• Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.).
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required.
• Personal set of tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must past pre-employment background checks (Drug Screen, Criminal, etc.)

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $49.00/hour to start, dependent on experience.
• $3,000 sign on Bonus

Shifts:

• 4 x 10 Schedule
• Day Shift: Sunday – Wednesday OR Wednesday – Saturday
• OT available and offered.
• Monthly on-call rotation with paid call outs and stipend
• Must be willing to accommodate additional hours and occasional weekends based on operational needed.
