Job Description

We are actively seeking a Diesel Truck Mechanic - Shop and Mobile to join a dynamic team North of Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks. This role requires an on call rotation. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, as well as professional work environment that fosters professional development.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience.
• Valid Class A CDL & a good driving record are required for this role.
• Experience in brake repairs and annual inspections is preferred.
• Knowledge of AC systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $40.00/hour, dependent on previous experience. 
• OT every Week.

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM.
• On call rotation with 2 other technicians.
• Every 3rd weekend available for evening and weekend call outs.
