Job Description

An independent shop specializing in vocational trucks and equipment repair is seeking a Diesel Truck Mechanic for their shop in East Cincinnati. Role focuses on engine diagnostics, emissions work, and general mechanical repairs. Work environment is low-stress, supportive, and customer-focused with an emphasis on quality work without shortcuts.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and diesel engines.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/mechanical issues
• Ability to use OEM diagnostic software (Cummins Insight, Allison, Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link)
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required.
• Valid driver's license

Hours:

• 7 AM–4 PM Monday–Friday with 1-hour lunch, OR
• 7 AM–6 PM Monday–Thursday with 1-hour lunch
