Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform shop-based maintenance and service on heavy equipment, semi trucks, and trailers.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep units safe, reliable, and work-ready.
• Complete preventive maintenance, component replacement, and general shop repairs as assigned.
• Support work on semi trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and related shop units.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment while supporting weekly service priorities for the local operation.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Experience as a diesel mechanic, shop mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and servicing trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, or similar units.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and safe work habits.
  • Ability to work from the Elko, NV shop on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to work a flexible 4×10 day shift schedule.
