Job Description

A well-established team of equipment specialists are urgently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join their skilled team in Kingsport, TN. Mix of Shop and Field Service.

In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and on going development. 

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years' experience repairing, maintaining Construction/Ag/Earthmoving equipment (CAT, Komatsu, CASE, John Deere, Hitachi, Volvo, etc.).
• 2+ years of Field Service experience. 
• Strong hydraulic and electrical skills.
• Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.).
• Hands on repair experience with Diesel Engines.
• Must possess a positive attitude and ability to work independently and with others.
• Must have valid driver's license. CDL License preferred but not required. 
• Must have own tools.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $35.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.
• OT after 40 hours

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• OT Available and Offered based on operational needs.
