A well-established employer near Dyersville, Iowa is expanding and looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join their growing shop! Whether you’ve worked on compact loaders or large excavators, if you're confident with hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnosing tough mechanical problems—we want to hear from you.

Auto or diesel techs with strong electrical skills and a desire to level up are encouraged to apply!

�� What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mobile construction equipment

• Work with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Use hand/power tools to remove, rebuild, and install components

• Read and interpret schematics to get the job done right

• Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for the field

✅ What You Bring:

• 4+ year of experience on heavy equipment or similar machinery

• Confidence reading hydraulic and electrical schematics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency using hand and power tools

�� Compensation & Perks:

• $28.00 – $41.00/hour to start (based on experience & certifications)

• Overtime paid after 40 hours/week

• 3 weeks PTO to start

• Annual boot allowance + $1,000 tool allowance

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday—No weekends!

• Experience with removing, rebuilding, and installing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components

Compensation:

• $28.00 – $41.00/hour to Start, based on experience/training/certifications.
• Overtime available and paid out after 40 hours per week.
